Procedure for Android:
Delete the S-pushTAN-App from your smartphone or tablet and reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
Procedure for iPhone/iPad:
Close the app from the open applications. To do this, go to the Apple support page and type in the search term “close app”.
Switch to the settings of your iPhone or iPad. Locate the “S-pushTAN-App” and switch “Reset app” to active. Now start the S-pushTAN-App. If it has not been reset yet, repeat the process.
